Job description

Role : Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Define specifications for your product area and features
Collaborate with designers and engineers to drive product delivery
Define product instrumentation for your project
Drive the launch of your product / feature and evaluate success
Define, measure and analyze metrics for your product area
Generate qualitative insights from your users and leverage them effectively in decision making
Generate unique quantitative insights from product usage data

Must-have Competencies :

Data - well-versed with SQL, Excel and product analytics tools.

User research - leverage user feedback channels, conduct user interviews and distill signal from the noise

Technical - Foundational understanding of technology powering digital products

Design - Good grasp of basic UI / UX principles, wireframing

Communication - strong in written and spoken communication

You are a good fit if you :

Have about 2 years of core product experience

Have experience in tech, design or analytics
