Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Technical Service Engineer role at ibTech Group in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for field service, customer support, technical support, and troubleshooting tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and effective product maintenance.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting expertise
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the technology or engineering industry
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field

2-4 Years of technical, servicing experience in RF Technologies, ELV Systems, Access Control, with strong exposure to networking and integration technologies.
