The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused GS Officer – International Admissions to support Swinburne University of Technology in managing genuine student (GS) assessments and admissions processing in India.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a world-class Australian university, playing a key part in ensuring high-quality student applications and compliance with international admissions standards. Based in Delhi, the GS Officer will help optimise student recruitment while ensuring alignment with Australian government and university policies.

Key Deliverables

Genuine Student (GS) Assessment and Processing

• Assess applications for compliance with genuine student criteria and within agreed turnaround times.
• Verify academic documents through institutions, Digi Locker, or other reliable methods.
• Evaluate financial documentation and assess student capacity to fund studies.
• Conduct and assess Statements of Purpose (So Ps) and interviews as required.
• Record detailed decisions and assessments accurately in Study Link.
