Key Responsibilities
- Website Management : Oversee website development projects end-to-end — from briefing and wireframes to launch and optimization.
- Content Marketing : Plan and execute content strategies across blogs, email, and social media to build brand authority and drive engagement.
- Performance Marketing : Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) for lead generation, traffic growth, and ROI.
- Account Management : Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely deliverables and consistent communication.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track campaign performance, website metrics, and content effectiveness to deliver actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, development, and performance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Must-Have Requirements
2–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-growth brand environment.Strong understanding of website development workflows, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), and SEO fundamentals.Proven experience in content marketing and performance campaign management (Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn).Excellent communication, project management, and client-handling skills.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a remote setup.Immediate availability — ready to join right away.Why Join Us
