The Role
We are seeking a results-oriented App Paid Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team in Bengaluru. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Your primary objectives will be to drive high-volume, quality app installs and generate qualified leads through our mobile application.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has hands-on experience with mobile advertising platforms, and is passionate about using data to make informed decisions and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Location : This is a full-time, work-from-office position based at our Bengaluru headquarters.
- Schedule : The role requires a 6-day work week.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management : Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end paid user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Google App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other mobile ad networks.Lead Generation Focus : Design and implement specific campaign strategies to drive in-app actions and generate high-intent leads, optimizing towards a target Cost Per Lead (CPL).Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV).A / B Testing : Systematically conduct A / B tests on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to identify top performers and improve campaign efficiency.Budget Management : Manage and allocate the paid marketing budget effectively across different channels to maximize ROI and achieve monthly and quarterly goals.Reporting & Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on campaign results to the marketing team and leadership. Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations for future campaigns.Collaboration : Work closely with the design team to brainstorm and produce compelling ad creatives (images, videos) and with the product / tech team to ensure seamless tracking and a smooth in-app user journey for lead conversion.Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns with a specific focus on mobile app marketing.Platform Expertise : Proven, hands-on experience with Google Ads (UAC), Apple Search Ads, and Meta Ads Manager for app install and lead generation objectives.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.Mobile Measurement : Experience working with a Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Kochava.Metric-Driven : A deep understanding of app marketing KPIs and how they relate to business goals.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the EdTech (Education Technology) industry is a strong plus.Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO).Google Ads / Apple Search Ads / Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.Experience with other ad platforms like TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads.What We Offer :
