Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Vision Plus CMS Developer with 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in the Vision Plus Card Management System (CMS) environment. This role requires strong technical proficiency in mainframe technologies, including COBOL, CICS, and VSAM, coupled with deep functional knowledge of Vision+ modules, particularly First Vision and online processing. The developer will be responsible for end-to-end development, testing, and maintenance of critical card application features, working independently within an Agile methodology and ensuring high-quality, defect-free code.

Job Description :

Vision Plus Development and Technical Expertise :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, mission-critical applications within the Vision Plus Card Management System (CMS) platform, utilizing mandatory expertise in COBOL and CICS for transactional online processing.
• Demonstrate strong, hands-on experience with VSAM file structures and database manipulation for efficient data access and management within the Vision+ environment.
• Possess deep technical and functional knowledge of core Vision Plus components, with mandatory exposure to online modules and specific experience in the Card Application and First Vision subsystems.
• Utilize and configure Vision Plus simulators, specifically the CMS Simulator CDM, to accurately test new features, regression scenarios, and system integration points prior to deployment.
• Ensure all code development adheres to strict performance standards, minimizing MIPS consumption and maximizing transaction throughput.
