Ascendion - Dynamics Tester - Software Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate business workflows, data integrity, and system performance.
• Identify, document, and manage defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure that all Dynamics customizations and integrations conform to business and technical requirements, especially in the healthcare domain.
• Maintain test documentation and provide clear reporting on test progress, results, and Skills & Experience :
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics applications (Dynamics 365, CRM, AX, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare domain and relevant regulations.
• Expertise in test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience in validating complex integrations, customizations, and workflows

within Dynamics applications.
