We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to ensure quality, stability, and reliability of our web and mobile applications. Your testing efforts will directly impact the user experience of HR professionals and employees across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure defect-free releases.
• Understand HR processes and workflows to create real-world test scenarios
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Identify UI / UX inconsistencies, workflow gaps, and edge case issues proactively.
