Role : Resiliency Tester

We are hiring a Resiliency Tester to validate the stability, scalability, and disaster recovery capabilities of enterprise applications. The role involves designing resiliency test strategies and identifying vulnerabilities across systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute resiliency test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Conduct stress, load, and failure testing to identify weak points.
• Analyze system behavior under failure conditions and provide actionable insights.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for failures and recommend architecture / process improvements.
• Monitor system logs and behavior during tests, documenting risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective measures.
