Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Drive employee engagement through regular one-on-one connects and skip-level discussions.

Manage performance review cycles, goal setting, and appraisal processes effectively.

Handle end-to-end HR operations including letter releases, promotions, and transfers.

Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support compensation and workforce planning decisions.

Identify learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful L&D programs.

Provide guidance to managers on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Ensure consistent application of HR policies, fostering a culture of fairness and transparency.
