We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant HR Manager to join our growing team at Shara Design Labs , a fast-evolving electronics R&D company specializing in PCB design, embedded systems, and complete product development.

Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

Support HR policies, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.

Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluations.

Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.

Requirements :

Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and HR operations.

Immediate availability preferred.
