Bachelor's / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR management (minimum 5-8 years).Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in HR software and data management tools.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
