Job descriptionSupport annual budgets and rolling forecasts Analyse financial trends, variances, and performance drivers Provide actionable insights to management Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules Manage revenue recognition, costing (for manufacturing), expense allocation, and accruals Prepare MIS and financial reports for management and stakeholders Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity Assist in cash forecasting and treasury planning Support internal, statutory, tax, and external audits Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements Implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy Coordinate with banks for payments, account operations, facilities, documentation, and compliance Liaise with banks, statutory auditors, internal teams, consultants, and investors Ensure smooth communication and timely information flow CA preferred 3–5 years of experience in controllership, finance, or accounting Experience in Manufacturing industries preferred Strong knowledge of financial reporting, costing, GST / TDS, and statutory compliance Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
