  • Secretarial Compliance
  • Finalization of Accounts and preparation of financial statements
  • Cash flow / Fund flow management
  • MIS reporting
  • Capital Budgeting
  • Banking
  • IND AS compliances

  • Accounting
  • Preparation of Financial Statements
  • Treasury Operations
  • Direct and Indirect Tax Laws
  • Accounting process
  • Corporate Laws
  • Legal Compliance
  • IND AS (Accounting Standards)

    • FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

  • Communication skill, analytical skills, and observation skills
  • GST / Commercial Taxation

    • EXPERIENCE : 3 to 4 years
