Role Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in managing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies for real estate developers, builders, property consultants, and financial service providers . You will act as the bridge between clients, creative teams, and digital strategy — ensuring campaigns not only look good but perform exceptionally.
This role demands someone who understands the pulse of real estate and finance audiences , knows how to turn market trends into marketing opportunities, and thrives on strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities 1. Client Strategy & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned real estate and financial clients.
- Understand client objectives, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Draft monthly marketing calendars , campaign briefs, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and media teams to ensure deliverables align with client goals.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and campaign innovation.
2. Real Estate Marketing Coordination
Develop and implement property marketing campaigns for both pre-launch and ongoing projects.Plan and execute lead generation strategies through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp marketing.Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and project walkthroughs , ensuring every asset reflects the project's brand story.Work closely with design teams to produce site branding elements — brochures, standees, hoardings, digital creatives, etc.Assist in creating investor and project pitch decks , and support marketing for channel partner meets and events.3. Financial Brand Marketing
Coordinate marketing campaigns for clients in finance, insurance, investments, and wealth management .Collaborate with the content team to simplify financial concepts into clear, engaging, and trustworthy digital communication.Plan campaigns around awareness, trust-building, and lead acquisition , ensuring compliance with financial marketing standards.Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to recommend performance-oriented marketing ideas.4. Campaign Planning & Execution
Assist in developing integrated campaign strategies that include digital ads, social media, email marketing, and influencer tie-ups.Oversee social media calendars , ensuring consistency in brand tonality and creative storytelling.Support SEO and SEM activities , helping identify relevant keywords for real estate and financial verticals.Monitor performance metrics (leads, engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare data-driven reports for clients.5. Coordination & Team Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — design, content, media buying, and production — to meet deadlines.Ensure quality control on all client deliverables before final submission.Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas.Maintain project trackers and ensure seamless workflow between internal departments and clients.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or finance sectors .Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid media, and content strategy .Exceptional communication and coordination skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.Creative problem-solver who can handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and HubSpot.Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, or Figma for quick edits and visual understanding.Familiarity with real estate sales funnels, CRM integrations, and lead tracking systems .Understanding of financial content compliance and terminology .Why Join Bano Digital
