Roles & Responsibilities

• To generate business by implementing the marketing and sales activities.
• To achieve pre decided volume and value targets for the given quarter / financial year as decided by Department Head.
• To send DCR on regular basis.
• Implementation of all policies.
• To be responsible for Channel / Project Sales and development as per the mutually agreed directives.
• To strengthen / develop Dealer & Distribution network.
• To promote / register Company's brands in various Governments, Corporates etc. and
• getting the products specified.
• To implement, and obtain feedback on various sales promotional activities.
• To ensure proper, reliable market intelligence is gathered, assimilated and send to the back office.
• To maintain the brand image of the company in the assigned territory.
• To provide service to key account relations which includes Dealers / Architect / Interiors / Builders / Corporates, etc.
• To do weekly self review and self corrections for improving personal productivity

Requirements

Key Skills - Territory knowledge, Dealer / Architect / Builder contacts,

knowledge of sales process, an ability to generate inquiries &

closing of orders with the help of senior.

Soft skills - Communication, Presentation, Convincing & Negotiation skills,

Pleasing personality with an ability to put in hard work.
