Core responsibilities
Sales and lead generation : Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services and persuade them to buy, or schedule appointments.
Customer support : Handle inbound calls to answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance with products or services.
Data and record keeping : Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update databases with call details and customer information.
Follow-up : Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and to inform them of new products or services.
