Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Solution Design :

• Serve as the Salesforce solution architect to design scalable and maintainable architecture across Mattel's Salesforce Service Cloud org and related integrated third party apps and modules.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platform best practices.
• Define and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, integration patterns, and security models.
• Analyze existing solution design and identify opportunities for optimization, better alignment to best practices, and improved functionality for business users.
