About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced MERN Lead to design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-based deployment environments.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Progressive Web Applications (PWA), ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and API development, as well as the ability to design scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions.

As a technical lead, you will be responsible for driving architecture decisions, guiding a development team, ensuring adherence to coding best practices, and delivering high-quality applications that meet both functional and performance Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and PWA architecture.
  • Architect and implement APIs for seamless integration with backend services.
  • Ensure code quality through regular testing, debugging, and peer reviews.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for code changes, system configurations, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Stay updated on the latest web development trends, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for team members.
  • Oversee application deployments to AWS cloud environments using CI / CD pipelines and Git-based Requirements :

Core Skills :

  • Progressive Web Applications (PWA) : architecture, offline support, performance optimization.
  • ReactJS : component-based architecture, hooks, state management.
  • NodeJS : backend service development, REST API creation.
  • TypeScript : type safety, interfaces, and maintainable code structures.
  • API Development : RESTful API design, integration, and Skills :
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment practices.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Git-based collaboration Environment :
  • AWS Cloud Environment for hosting and scaling applications.
  • CI / CD Pipeline Setup for automated deployments and updates.
  • Git-based Source Control for collaborative :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in MERN stack development (3+ years acceptable for exceptional candidates).
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality web Skills :
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to work in an Agile / Scrum environment.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a development team
