Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of quality analysts or inspectors.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on quality and excellence.
Quality Assurance :
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.Monitor and evaluate the quality of products or services at various stages of production or delivery.Identify and communicate quality-related issues to relevant stakeholders.Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and company policies.Process Improvement :
Continuously analyze processes to identify areas for improvement.Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.Track and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.Data Analysis :
Collect and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and areas of concern.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive quality improvements.Documentation :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assessments and findings.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate quality performance to management.Training and Development :
Provide training to team members on quality standards, processes, and tools.Support the professional growth and development of team members.Customer Focus :
Collaborate with customer support and product development teams to address customer feedback and issues related to product quality.Audit and Compliance :
Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in external audits and assist in compliance initiatives.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, or related discipline).Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.Excellent knowledge of quality control methodologies and industry regulations.Experience in data analysis and process improvement.Strong communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards.Skills Required
