We are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate the company's growth in the Global Capability Center (GCC) segment. This individual will drive new GCC client acquisition, expand existing GCC relationships, and serve as a trusted partner in their digital transformation, workforce strategies, and adoption of next-generation technologies like Generative AI—helping clients unlock new efficiencies, innovation, and scale
Role Overview
This role requires acquiring and building relationships with enterprise clients, positioning the company as a preferred partner for GCC / GIC / Captive Center, talent solutions, digital transformation, and the adoption of emerging technologies such as Generative AI to drive innovation and future-ready capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth from GCCs, with a focus on talent, digital transformation, managed services, and AI-powered offerings.
- Establish deep relationships with CXOs and GCC leaders (CIO, CHRO, GCC Head, Global Talent Heads), positioning the company as a trusted partner in digital and AI adoption.
- Develop account penetration strategies and influence decision-making at the CXO level, highlighting opportunities for innovation through Generative AI and automation.
- Leverage a metrics-driven sales execution framework to track pipeline, conversions, and account expansion, enhanced by data and AI insights.
- Partner with delivery and operations to create scalable, future-ready solutions for GCC clients, including AI-augmented workforce models.
- Institutionalize best practices for enterprise sales across GCC-focused teams globally, embedding digital and AI-driven methodologies.
- Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement, fostering experimentation with emerging technologies like Generative AI.
Essential Education, Skills, and Environment
5+ years of hunting / new business development experience in IT industry with proven success in GCC business growth.Strong track record in selling IT services, GCC or digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients.Strong consultative selling abilities and executive presence.MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed business school preferred.Willingness to travel.
