SAP VIM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 / L3 support for SAP OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) in an S / 4HANA or ECC landscape.
• Triage and resolve tickets across the invoice lifecycle (DP, DPV, PO / Non-PO, exception handling, approvals / workflows).
• Coordinate and execute business testing (SIT / UAT), prepare test evidence, and assist with cutover / hypercare.
• Analyse recurring issues, propose fixes / improvements, and create knowledge base / How-To guides.
• Collaborate with FI / MM teams, Basis, and business stakeholders to keep processes stable and compliant.
