Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure SAP BRIM SOM solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize subscription order processes.
- Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP SOM, including order management, subscription lifecycle, and billing.
- Work on enhancements, customizations, and integrations with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP BRIM SOM-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and system testing .
- Document process flows, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Key Skills & Requirements :
5+ years of experience in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) with a strong focus on Subscription Order Management (SOM) .Hands-on experience in SAP SOM configurations, order management, subscription processes, and contract handling .Knowledge of SAP BRIM modules such as CI (Convergent Invoicing), FICA (Financial Contract Accounting), and CC (Convergent Charging) is an added advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously .Preferred Qualifications :
SAP BRIM certification is a plus .Experience in S / 4HANA implementations related to BRIM SOM.Understanding of subscription-based business models .Skills Required
