About the Role

As a Lead Engineer in Memory Layout Design, you'll play a pivotal role in developing SRAM / ROM memory circuits, working with our global engineering teams to ensure top-quality product designs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design high-quality layouts for SRAM Memory IPs
• Perform critical layout checks (LVS, DRC, DFM, EMIR)
• Review layouts and support layout teams
• Prepare and validate design kits
• Automate layouts and develop supportive scripts
• Innovate and improve productivity within the team
• Sign off and release IP validation test chips
• Document specifications and support silicon bring-up and characterization
