Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive (ISE) to generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings for field sales, handle studio walk-ins, and ensure effective CRM updates. The ISE will play a crucial role in the lead nurturing process and in building a healthy pipeline for the field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, references, and inbound leads .
- Generate qualified meetings with architects, contractors, design-build firms, and corporates.
- Handle studio walk-ins and provide initial product introduction.
- Update all client touch points, meeting notes, and opportunity stages in the CRM system on the same day.
- Coordinate closely with the Field Sales Team & CRM Team for seamless lead handover.
- Follow up with potential clients for meeting confirmations, requirement updates, and next steps .
- Support in preparing MIS reports and sharing daily updates with Sales Head / Director.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).Comfort with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and B2B client interaction .Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify business opportunities.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace .Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-ups.Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or business development (B2B preferred).Experience in furniture, interiors, building materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.Compensation & Incentives
