We're Hiring : Sales Coach (Full-Time, Remote)

Location : Remote (Work from anywhere) Hours : Monday–Saturday | 10 AM – 8 PM IST (8 Hours flexible timings) Salary : ₹30,000-50,000 / month + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Coach who can turn hesitant fitness & health coaches into confident, high-ticket closers.

Your mission? To coach our clients to consistently sell premium programs worth ₹30K–₹1L+, using proven frameworks and sales psychology.

You’ll train, mentor, and track their progress — directly impacting their revenue growth and confidence.

  • That’s why we’re hiring a Sales Coach—to be the mentor who transforms nervous coaches into confident closers.

What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day Superpowers)

1. Coach Fitness & Health Coaches on High-Ticket Sales

  • Conduct 1 : 1 and group coaching calls.
  • Teach probing, pitching, objection handling, and closing.
  • Role-play real sales scenarios to boost conversion rates.
  • Refine scripts to match each client’s niche & audience.
  • Review call recordings and give actionable feedback within 48 hours.
  • 2. Build Sales Systems & Frameworks

  • Maintain and improve the Sales Playbook.
  • Document processes so clients can follow step-by-step.
  • Track accountability metrics : call volume, show-up rate, close rate.
  • 3. Track & Improve Performance

  • Monitor client KPIs and share weekly reports with the CEO.
  • Identify underperformers and create custom improvement plans.

    Compensation & Career Growth

    Base Salary

  • ₹30k / month during first 2 months (training)
  • ₹40–₹50k / month after performance review
  • Commission

  • 2% on client sales recovered through coaching
  • 5% on upsells, referrals directly influenced
  • Performance bonuses for client success milestones

  • Remote | Mon–Sat | 10 AM – 8 PM IST (8 Hours flexible timings)
