Have accountability conversations with the client based on the action plan created along with the relevant Master coach.
Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them.
Review task documents of the clients and provide them with developmental feedback promptly.
Adhere to all internal reporting norms like operational tracker, daily reporting, etc.
Be a part of relevant internal training programs and coach review meetings for professional and personal development.
Facilitating group coaching interactions with business owners to help them accomplish key milestones.
Data management and reporting - Tracking the client's progress and implementation.
Coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Responding to client queries shared on our internal portal / whatsapp promptly.
Attend all required front and backend programs, and act on all such activities like going through webinars, shadowing other coaches, and being shadowed during the initial stages to familiarise oneself with the content completely.
Facilitate Event Breakout rooms within 7 months of being Experience desired - Has an MBA degree, has either been a business owner, or has a business consulting background with a minimum of 2 Year.
It would be a plus if they come with a Minimum of 2 year of experience in training, and coaching senior-level leadership executives on topics such as Time management, and Prioritization, Effective Leadership, Problem Solving, and Decision Making.
Entrepreneurial or business experience would be a definite plus.
