Job descriptionSupport the team in complex sales pursuits, including direct client engagement. Mentor, coach, and train team members in sales execution and strategy. Conduct impactful presentations and communicate effectively with C-suite Manage and respond to RFPs and formal procurement processes. Leverage CRM tools and other sales platforms to track performance and pipeline. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success and MBA preferred. 5–10 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role. Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, preferably in Human Capital Proven experience working with global clients and international markets. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. Familiarity with sales tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms. Competitive fixed monthly gross salary. Performance-based sales incentives in line with Neeyamo’s policy. Revenue targets will be detailed separately upon joining the company.

About the Role :
Neeyamo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to lead and grow our
global sales team for pre-employment background screening services. The ideal candidate
will bring strong leadership, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to guide
a high-performing team towards ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 3 to 4 sales professionals covering global markets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed team revenue
targets (USD 3 million annually).
