We have an opportunity for Recruitment Lead for our corporate office located in Chennai.
Looking for candidates with 9 - 12 years of experience in Lateral Recruitment ( Preferably from Manufacturing Industry)
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs
- Colloborate with HODs to understand the manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Design sourcing plans for critical and niche positions
- Manager full recruitment life cycle (Job posting till onboarding)
- Ensure hiring within agreed timelines and budgets
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics to track hiring performance
- Good in man management
- Drive campus recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including full-time and internship requirements
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated campuses, maintaining strong relationships with placement officers and faculty.
- Travel to campuses during the recruitment season to represent the organization and ensure the smooth execution of drives
Required skills & Experience :
Looking for candidates with 9 – 12 years of experience at least 2 -3 years in a lead or supervisory roleGood communication skillsStrong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systemsGood in handling stakeholders / business headsGood in man management and understanding the hiring process.Qualification : MBA
