Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery & Targets :
- Drive full-cycle hiring for engineering functions (ASP.NET, Full Stack, QA, DevOps, etc.) and ensure high hiring volumes with quality.
- Maintain healthy pipelines to consistently meet monthly hiring targets.
- Analyze recruitment funnel metrics (sourcing efficiency, conversion rates, pipeline velocity) and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Ensure a strong offer-to-join ratio via proactive candidate engagement and pre-joining connects.
Strategic Partnering & Operational Excellence :
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives, providing insight and guidance throughout the hiring process.Standardize and improve recruiting processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and global best practices.Partner with global HR peers to share knowledge and maintain consistency across regions.Team Leadership & Coaching :
Coach TA partners and facilitate team discussions, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions.Facilitate presentations and training sessions to onboard and upskill new TA employees.Lead innovative TA initiatives (e.g., TA Tech Blitz) to boost candidate quality and quantity efficiently.Technology & Analytics :
Leverage AI, CRM, ATS (Lever preferred), and data analytics to enhance recruitment efficiency.Maintain and report TA metrics and hiring trends to HR leadership and senior management.Candidate Experience :
Ensure a positive candidate experience while managing full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer delivery.Drive sourcing via LinkedIn, referrals, screening, phone interviews, and ATS management.Skills Required
