We're looking for someone who can take complete ownership of recruitment backend coordination — working across vendors and candidates to ensure follow-ups, drive conversions, and maintain clean reporting.

This is a non-client-facing execution role to start with and later evolve to client facing role. You'll work behind the scenes to make the process move fast and smoothly. All client communication is handled internally.

What you'll do :

• Follow up with vendors and candidates on CVs, interviews, feedback, and joining status
• Maintain trackers (Airtable, Excel) daily
• Raise flags when delays or drops are likely
• Build urgency and nudge decision-making
• Stick to defined SLAs, SOPs, and turnaround times

Details :

Salary CTC : 4 - 6 LPA depending on candidate experience. Can go higher for stellar candidates.

Office location : Walking distance from HUDA Metro Station
