About the Role :

As the HR & Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the people experience at Vivir Media. From recruitment and onboarding to process optimization and team development — you’ll ensure our creative energy is matched with operational excellence.

What You’ll Do :

Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement

Develop HR policies, performance management systems, and training frameworks

Oversee day-to-day office operations and internal coordination

Foster a positive, transparent, and growth-driven work culture

5. Support leadership in aligning team goals with company objectives

Who You Are :

2+ years of experience in HR and / or operations management (preferably in media, marketing, or creative industries)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills

A self-starter who can balance empathy with efficiency

Passionate about nurturing teams and creating structured growth
