Purpose :
Drive the commercial strategy for Beverages across channels by integrating portfolio, pricing, and promotional insights into executable business plans. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable, profitable growth and ensure commercial readiness for all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with AOP, business goals, and brand priorities.
- Lead portfolio and pricing strategy, ensuring optimal price-pack architecture across channels.
- Manage trade investment frameworks, promo ROI, and channel program optimization.
- Partner with Finance to monitor and report commercial KPIs – NSV, GM, mix, and trade spend efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning to align volume, mix, and value delivery across regions.
- Provide data-driven insights for product launches, GTM initiatives, and regional growth planning.
- Build commercial dashboards and analytics to track performance, highlight risks, and propose corrective actions.
- Support strategic projects such as value-pack introductions, new channel pilots, and commercial process improvements.
Profile Requirements :
5–8 years of experience in FMCG (Beverages preferred).Background in Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Sales Planning.Strong analytical ability, Excel / PowerPoint proficiency, and experience with financial and performance analytics.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
