Job description
  • Evaluate and explain technical requirements, including designs, layouts, and component specifications (modules, inverters, trackers, etc.).
  • Provide technical insights during proposal development, including system design optimization for maximum energy output and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) teams to address client requirements and resolve technical challenges.
  • Lead the preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) proposals, bids, and tender documents, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial models, including ROI, IRR, and payback period analysis, tailored to client requirements. Manage project cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Support in negotiating large-scale project contracts, including EPC agreements, O&M (Operations and Maintenance) contracts, and supply chain agreements.
  • Ensure the project's financial viability by managing cost optimization and risk assessment.
  • Monitor regulatory and policy developments in the renewable energy sector to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Act as the primary interface between technical, financial, and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle and resolve project-related issues, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international standards, including grid codes, land use regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Prepare detailed project updates, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Requirement :

    • Strong understanding of solar PV technologies, trackers, inverters, and BOS (Balance of System) components.
    • Proficiency in simulation tools like Autocad, PVsyst, Helioscope.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
    • Ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP & CRM platforms, and financial analysis tools. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites, client meetings, and conferences.
