• Drive business growth in the steel and power sector by leveraging technical and sales expertise. 2. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for water treatment applications. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior plant management and decision-makers. 4. Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales and service excellence. 5. Ensure preparation of competitive technical and commercial offers aligned with customer needs. 6. Conduct monthly technical reviews with HODs to ensure performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. 7. Deliver impactful presentations and technical discussions to management teams in steel plants. 8. Monitor industry trends and proactively identify new business opportunities.
