Role Overview

As a Junior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure and end users. You will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and ensure compliance with IT policies. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, assisting with device management, and contributing to IT projects.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be a proactive learner, an effective communicator, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with device setup, configuration, and management (Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune).
• Support user account management in Entra and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor and respond to IT service requests using ticketing systems (ITSM).
• Assist with the deployment and maintenance of security controls (MFA, endpoint protection).
• Help document IT processes and maintain compliance with IT policies (including ISO 27001).
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality IT support.
