The Individual will be responsible for generating prospects through cold calls, driving Site Visits from Prospects, and maintaining the Prospects funnel with regular Inputs. Day-to-day tasks include calling and engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, providing property consultations, and full-stack real estate services. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for seamless transaction processes and ensuring client satisfaction.Qualifications : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a Bachelor's degreeAbility to reach out to 250-300 clients in a day, Pitching Investment OpportunitiesSales and negotiation skills, to ensure the prospective client is visiting the site.Knowledge of real estate markets and property management, post-trainingProficiency in data analytics and CRM tools, so that you don't miss any interactionStrong organisational and time management skills, disciplined on topAbility to work on-site.
