Job Description :

• NPD Cycle Management : Oversee the New Product Development (NPD) cycle, from RFQ stage to SOP (Start of Production).
• Program Scheduling & Tracking : Proficiency in program scheduling, progress tracking, and risk analysis.
• QCD Management : Manage Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) challenges in the NPD cycle.
• CFT Collaboration : Work closely with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT), conduct CFT meetings, share Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and ensure progress tracking.
