Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
Analyze MIS reports to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
6-11 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using MIS tools for tracking recruitment metrics and reporting purposes.
