GoKwik is a growth operating system powering D2C and eCommerce brands — from checkout optimization and reducing RTO, to payments, retention, and post-purchase engagement. Role Summary

You'll own GoKwik's Checkout and Merchant Experience suite, driving merchant adoption, conversion, and satisfaction. The role requires data-driven problem-solving, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of merchant needs to shape scalable solutions that impact business outcomes.

What You'll Own

  • Partner with sales and account teams to translate merchant needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Analyze feature updates, run experiments, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Generate insights from cross-functional data to drive growth and retention.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with merchants.
  • Track and report key metrics related to adoption, conversion, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Business, and Operations to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and inform product strategies.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years in data-driven roles in Ad-Tech, Fin-Tech, or E-Commerce.
  • Experienced in B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or tools like Metabase.
  • Customer-obsessed, structured, and outcome-focused.
  • Excellent communicator capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
