Cluster Head
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Cluster Head to lead our regional operations and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and account management, with a strong understanding of transporter and fleet operations.
This role is crucial for onboarding and retaining key partners, managing key accounts, and leading a regional team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Key Growth :
- Drive revenue targets by onboarding and retaining transporters, brokers, and affiliate partners within your assigned cluster.
- You'll be responsible for managing medium and large fleet operators as key accounts.
Account Management :
Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase revenue and strengthen relationships with key partners.Your focus will be on ensuring an excellent customer experience to foster long-term loyalty.Team Leadership :
Manage and mentor a regional team, guiding them to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.You will be responsible for their development and success.Operational Expertise :
