QpiAI is building a full-stack Enterprise Quantum Computers.QpiAI Quantum hardware team is responsible for designing and characterisation of QuantumProcessor, Cryogenic Quantum Control Circuits, RF Control Hardware, and QpiAI ASGP.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantum Chip Design Engineer to join ourcutting-edge research and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in quantum chip design with a particular focus on superconducting microwavecircuits used to couple qubits and readouts. The role encompasses designing multi-qubit circuitsfor fabrication and developing next-generation quantum processors with improved gate andmeasurement fidelities. This role involves working closely with our nanofabrication team todevelop novel superconducting qubit architectures and filing patents.RequirementsMSc / M.Tech / PhD Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus onquantum mechanics or quantum technology.

• Experience with gds design of circuits using custom simulation tools based on Pythonand simulating them using commercial software (HFSS, ADS Quantum Pro)
• Expertise in developing circuit architecture to improve the performance of gates andreadout
• Knowledge and strong understanding of circuit QED, and error-correction schemespreferably in superconducting qubits.
• Experience in characterization or simulation of superconducting devices.
• Proven track record of successful projects and publications in peer-reviewed journals inthe field of quantum technology.
• Experience with data analysis software and programming languages such as Python,MATLAB, or similar tools.
• Experience in writing analysis reports to help the definition of DoE and improvement planfor experimentation plan is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Should be self-motivated and can work independently
