Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with RTL designers, verification, and CAD teams to optimize design for performance, power, and area.
• Manage physical design tool flows and methodologies; provide guidance on tool usage and troubleshooting.
• Oversee timing closure, power optimization, and signal integrity analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for design methodology and automation.
• Interface with foundry and EDA vendors to resolve design and process-related issues.
• Review physical design deliverables including layout, timing reports, and signoff documentation
