Digital Marketing Insights Analyst

Job Description :

This role requires expertise in digital marketing and understanding of omnichannel customer experience, an analytical mindset, and strong technical skills. The analyst will also demonstrate the ability to apply critical thinking skills, draw insights from their work and leverage advanced business acumen to communicate, influence and implement the results. The role will also have responsibilities of reporting, strategy implementation and validation, and ad-hoc analyses spanning the entire digital customer lifecycle, from lead to booking.

Responsibilities :

• Develop deep expertise on current prospect journeys and user experience, from first touchpoint to booking;

understand the main reasons for funnel falloffs, and develop hypotheses on opportunities to maximize conversion rates

Qualifications : MUST HAVE

Master’s degree preferred
