Role : US Business Development Manager (On-site, India) — join a high-energy commercial team responsible for driving new revenue across the US market by identifying, qualifying, and closing B2B opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate high-quality leads for the US market through outbound channels (cold calling, targeted email, LinkedIn outreach) and qualify opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage full sales cycle for B2B engagements—discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure—targeting hiring managers and talent acquisition leaders in US companies.
- Use CRM to track activities, update pipeline stages, produce accurate forecasts, and ensure timely follow-ups to meet or exceed monthly quota.
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and talent teams to tailor proposals, craft compelling value propositions, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Conduct competitive and market research to identify industry verticals and accounts with the highest potential; refine outreach sequences and messaging based on outcomes.
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events; collect customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proven track record of B2B sales targeting US customers, preferably in recruitment, HR Tech, or SaaS verticals.Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and generate sales forecasts.Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account research and outreach.Strong cold calling and email outreach capability with demonstrated conversion results.Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.Excellent negotiation skills and experience closing deals with hiring managers or talent leaders.Preferred
Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition KPIs.Experience with HubSpot or other CRM / automation tools in addition to Salesforce.Prior experience selling to mid-market or enterprise US accounts across tech or professional services sectors.Benefits & Culture Highlights
