Qualification : BE with 2 years Full time MBA in HR from a premier institute
Experience : 2 -5 years experience as Executive Assistant. Candidates with experience as HRBP or in HR COE and good at analytics and keen to take up an EA role can also apply.
Industry : 1st preference is to candidates from EPC / Manufacturing background.
Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Project Tracking and Coordination : Assisting with project management, including tracking progress, following up on deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Strategic and Confidential Support : Providing support on strategic initiatives, managing confidential information with discretion, and acting as a trusted partner to the CHRO.
- Communication Management : Handling correspondence, screening calls, and acting as a point of contact for the CHRO.
- Data Analysis and presentation
- Research on Market insights from HR practices point of view
- Presentation Preparation and Management : Drafting, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations, as well as managing both electronic and paper records.
- HR Support : Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as data analysis, project management, and compliance, as needed.
- Meeting Support : Preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Key Skills and Competencies :
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levelsAbility to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
