In-depth knowledge of performance metrics. Good PC skills, especially MS Excel. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Organizational and time-management skills. Decision-making skills. Graduate in any stream. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. On-the-job training. Confidence and skillful negotiating skills. Strong organizational skills to give the team direction. Attention to detail. 2 years minimum on people manager role. Strong Communication Skills.
