Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to define and deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions. The role involves designing scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Customer Insights), integrating with external systems, and driving adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform. This position will also contribute to presales, RFPs, IP development, and practice accelerators.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and architect solutions across Dynamics 365 CE modules.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical designs.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and proof-of-concepts with stakeholders.
- Design CE platform solutions including entity models, workflows, security models, and user experience.
- Oversee system integrations using Azure services / middleware.
- Drive usage of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend CRM capabilities.
- Ensure solution quality via design reviews, documentation, and compliance with Microsoft standards.
- Stay updated on Microsoft D365 CE releases, roadmap, and licensing models.
- Provide technical consultation for ongoing projects.
- Contribute to presales, RFPs, and sales cycles.
- Build IPs, integrate and approve practice accelerators for Dynamics 365.
- Create demos showcasing AI-driven CRM features.
Required Skills & Experience :
CRM / enterprise applications with at least 4+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.Strong expertise in Dynamics CRM architecture, solutioning, and customization.Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and plugin / custom workflow development.Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Portals, Virtual Agents, and AI-driven tools.Familiarity with Azure services for integration, authentication (AD / ADFS / OAuth), and lifecycle management.Excellent communication skills for engaging with business and technical stakeholders.(ref : hirist.tech)
