Job descriptionRun outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone — targeting 40–50 high-quality touchpoints per day Build and manage a sales pipeline of $1–2M+ in active opportunities annually Lead leadership- and manager-level conversations and discovery calls to understand client needs and position relevant services Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-ups, trade show engagement, and webinar conversions Coordinate RFPs, proposals, and pricing discussions with solution and delivery teams Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting via HubSpot or Salesforce

Experience : 2- 5 years
Location : Bangalore- Work from Office
Notice : Immediate to 15 days joiner
Skills :
- 2–5 years in business development, sales, or inside sales within engineering services or industrial tech
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into real opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers
- Solid understanding of North American sales culture, buying cycles, and lead qualification
- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other outbound sales platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory (preferred : Electronics, Electrical, CS, or Mechanical preferred)
