Training Analyst

Key Critical Skills Required For This Role Include

• Have experience of delivering training, preferably within a financial crime or highly regulated business environment.
• Will be, or can be, a subject matter expert in financial crime and to have or build a strong understanding of financial crime and policies (Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Screening, PEP / HR and Financial Crime Exits).
• Lead and deliver training programs focused on financial crime prevention (e.g., KYC, Fraud awareness) using tools like power point, word, and teams to educate staff across levels.
• Use your financial crime expertise to monitor, analyze, and assess risk scenarios.
• Collaborate across departments to design training solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft office suite (Excel, word, Power point, Outlook) to create training materials, analyze data and communicate effectively.
• Experience in managing stakeholders and the ability to communicate confidently both written and verbally across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Maintain training records, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Minimum Qualification – bachelor's degree.

This role is based out of Noida.

Purpose of the role

To complete EDD / Exits cases which includes day to day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
